The lesson process, as it pertains to objectives and materials covered, is very flexible. However, a firm routine is implemented to schedule and payments. This regimented policy allows for fairness and consistency of availability of instruction for all students who adhere to schedule and payments.

Any lesson that the student cancels will not be transfered to the following month.

If the student needs to cancel a lesson and would like for that pre-paid lesson to still be applied, it is their responsibility to contact Dr. Darby via email to schedule a make-up lesson.

Make-up lessons must occur within four weeks of the canceled lesson and at a time separate from the normal lesson time.

If the instructor must cancel a lesson, then contact will be made to schedule a make-up lesson to occur within four weeks.

Make-up lessons cannot occur in place of normal lessons.

Refer to the following pages for the lesson policies that pertain to miscellaneous conflicts in schedule and lesson payment. The pages will occasionally receive minor revisions. The over all process has been applied to lessons for years and has proven to be very effective in lesson consistency.
