Lesson availabilities are subject to change. Contact Dr. Darby via email at least 24 hours in advance with the day and time that you would like to schedule. Please indicate if you are scheduling a normal lesson time or a make-up lesson.

Lesson payment does not transfer to the next month. If you need to reschedule a lesson please send an email in advance to allow for scheduling a make-up lesson.

To promote consistency in schedule, everyone receives equal priority for available times. Some limitations are implemented for advance scheduling to give everyone a fair chance at times:

• Normal lesson times can be scheduled no more than two weeks in advance.
• Make-up lesson times can be scheduled no more than one week in advance.

Scheduling Normal Lessons:
Navigate forward up to two weeks to view available times (or up to two weeks in advance of your first lesson).

Scheduling Make-Up Lessons:
Choose a time that is listed within one week from the normal lesson time that you cannot make.

There can be no guarantees but there might be additional openings in the schedule. If there are no matching times above, please contact Dr. Darby via email and provide multiple days and times that will work.

August and May will have fewer normal openings due to transitions in the overall schedule. If there are no matching times, email Dr. Darby during those months for additional times.
